Process of Lodging Any Complaints/ Suggestions

In case of any concern or query, you are advised to follow the below mentioned guidelines.

  • Show humility, respect and maintain discipline
  • Register your complaints or suggestions via email at
  • The SWO will carry out a review of your complaint/suggestion.
  • Your issues will be forwarded to the higher authorities, and will be tackled depending on the level of urgency.
  • Minimum time needed to answer any query is at least 1 week.
  • Anyone who fails to follow the procedure should not expect any facilitation of his/her issues or concerns.
